Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy covers the processing of personal data on the VPNTC marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It distinguishes account management data, website analytics, and network connection activity, each of which has different purposes and retention rules. Third-party payment pages and their data processing are governed by the relevant providers' policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Information needed to manage an account includes the username, password verification data, subscription status, and data usage. This information is used to authenticate users, provide subscriptions, and check remaining data. An email address is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction identifier. They are used to verify payments, resolve order disputes, and process refunds. Support tickets retain the information and replies submitted by users so that issues can be followed up. Do not include account passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links in support tickets; redact sensitive information in troubleshooting materials first.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNTC does not log which websites users visit through the subscription service, store browsing histories, destination URLs, or communications, or retain connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Temporary operational state required to establish a connection is used only to handle that connection and is not retained as a history of activity after the connection ends.
Account data usage is used for plan billing and quota management and does not include browsing destinations. Orders, login status, and support tickets are account management records, not network browsing logs. A no-logs policy describes how data is handled; it does not mean that destination websites, local networks, or payment providers do not process information they receive.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
The marketing website uses analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks, helping improve content and usability. Analytics are limited to interactions with pages on this website and are not used to monitor browsing activity through subscription connections. Page paths and referral information may be included in analytics records; do not put personal information in URLs or query parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login status and interface preferences, such as language. Clearing browser data may sign you out of the panel or restore default settings, but it does not automatically delete server-side account or order records. After using a shared device, sign out of the panel and clear relevant storage. Blocking necessary storage may affect authentication and panel functions.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network; VPNTC uses order matching and payment results to provide subscriptions. Third parties may process transaction information under their own policies. Read their privacy notices before making a payment. Do not submit authentication details for payment accounts through VPNTC support tickets.
Data disclosures are limited to what is needed to verify payments, meet necessary obligations, or respond to valid legal requests. VPNTC does not sell personal information for marketing. Payment providers have their own data retention rules, and a request to VPNTC to delete an account does not also delete third-party transaction records.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order data are retained for as long as needed for financial reconciliation, refunds, and dispute resolution. Support tickets and analytics should not be retained beyond their purpose; once that purpose is fulfilled and retention is no longer necessary, the data should be deleted or aggregated so that individuals cannot be identified. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period for every data category.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket page. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and future order reconciliation. Data that must be retained by law or due to an ongoing dispute will be restricted to the necessary purpose and handled once the basis for retention ends.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Review the latest version before submitting personal information. If you have questions about this policy or wish to exercise data-related rights, describe your request in a panel support ticket without including unrelated personal information.
Subscription and refund rules are described separately in the Terms of Service. This policy explains data handling and does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services.
